I can't ever remember contacting a company to let them know they've sold me a duff product to be told I'm wrong.. Sadly, last December this was the case with these numpties. Not only that but the owner then went on to lie to me blatantly to justify her argument, but online photos disproved her lies. I bought "Mince Pie" flavoured coffee for our Christmas Lunch, but when brewed it just tasted of orange. (We'd previously bought a bag a month earlier and it tasted great with lovely Christmas spices). The shop advised that this was the only coffee with an orange flavour they sold so it must have been correct, but a photo of their shop on facebook clearly shows they sell other Orange flavour coffee too. She didn't even offer to have me return the bag so she could test it herself, she assumed I was obviously just trying to put one over on her. Unbelievable arrogance... Won't be returning, and would recommend that if you are considering them then you think twice. A real shame as it could be a great business, provided it was run by someone with an ounce of customer service ability who valued their customers.

Great shop with a brilliant selection of beans. Lady behind the counter was polite, helpful and very very passionate about the coffee! Almost ran out of my favourite flavours, so can't wait to go back over for another mooch! Looking forward to getting some new coffees to try!!!

Arco has great coffee and it's a lovely little boutique coffee shop. The owner, sadly, needs to brush up on her people skills, they're appalling. I just had to ask what she had done before she became a coffee shop owner and wasn't at all surprised to be told that she worked for the local council. Public sector effort isn't going to cut it in the private sector, so I hope she learns to be pleasant and realises that people buy from people and just won't come back if she continues to let her own business down. I wish her well and a steep learning curve in customer service levels.
