I would have given it a 4 for the coffee but due to long queue's even when it's quiet and tables full of old coffee cups/plates, I have only given it a 2. When bringing food to a table, it wouldnt take long to collect dirty trays on the way back. Then at least there are tables people can sit on. It's going to have to go a long way to beat the service at Costa

Great place but get some extra staff on please to cope with the long wait..spoils an other wise great coffee house...3rd time in a row now waiting is to long...will be looking for somewhere else if this continues..

Great place and coffee. Just need to improve the service speed. Long queues but staff going round clearing up when could be helping at front. Just need to prioritise jobs and be flexible. I saw several people walk out due to this, which was a shame.
