SOOOO BORIGGG COULDT EVEN PLAY FORTNUTE HELLO HI
im at a loss of words how people with clear prediduce are the ones who decide cases, i had the unforunate pleasure of having a disrepectfull and demeaning judge, she would not even let us speak our case nor gave any thought to the facts and laws in place, instead she used her judicial authority to rule in the other parties favour, by simply essentialy making our evidence non existant, and i will be making a official complaint aswell, becuase rascist individuals should not be judges, and it was rediculious how we were treated compared to the other party, they had their whole statement and facts acknowledged and we were left speachless, considering the other party broke a black and white law and we had clear evidence of such, no instead she thought its best to disregard any evidence from our team and not even letting us give a defense statement, she ruled in less than 20 minutes and ill be making a complaint you know who you are judge who precided over the 2pm hearing at the district court today, im suprised someone with this much predjudice and bias is allowed to rule and have a position of power
I just hope the jury seating in the Court has improved over the last few years. The hard wooden jury bench gave me a bad back for longer than the defendant's jail sentence!nThe place may be of historical interest, but it's not fit for purpose in the 21st century.
Small claims process- I can’t comment on the people but the communications are terribly slow. Letters go missing, enforcing judgements is laborious and complex. Wrongdoers must be encouraged to sit tight and ignore court judgements.
Got through to 2 General enquiries rang 4 minutes no answer. I have tried to call back and none of the numbers given appear to be working. The call was made at 3.20 p.m.
