Got a good deal on a few items, so I'm well happy.

I was in yesterday and Isaac helped me find the perfect pair of jeans, was super helpful and knew what he was talking about which made me feel so much better about my purchase. Really friendly and helpful service :

I brought my daughter here on Wednesday the 1st as she needed jeans. I don't want to go too much into the situation but it's been extremely difficult year.  This lovely lady in the store was amazing she didn't focus on size and it was like she knew her difficulties  We came away with a pair of jeans which she has worn every day since. You'll never know how much difference you have made to our lives  after an extremely difficult year. I'm sorry i Can't remember her name but it began with a G and she wore glasses she had ripped jeans on.

Shopped at this store today and found the experience brilliant and helpful and one particular member of staff named Kate was absolutely lovely with great customer service skills ..

got followed around and the members of staff were bringing me jeans to try on and felt like they were pressuring me into trying to buy something

Staff could not be more friendly and helpful when selecting and finding 501 Jean's I was looking for. Made my shop easier and more enjoyable

I waited until the shop was open and I'm so glad I did. I had to go after work, the staff were incredibly helpful and even stayed open a couple of minutes while I made a final decision! Excellent service.

Very friendly staff and good customer service especially from Dylan who was patient with us and showed us plenty of options, we will be back. Thank you

Very pushy staff, albeit polite with it. Everything time I looked at items I was pressured by staff more than one. What size are you? What colour do you want? Actually bringing me garments to try on and I hadn't even asked to try the item on. I dislike this immensely. They were adhering to COVID19 protocols, though, which was good.

From the moment I stepped  through the door in the metro centre I was Greeted by a girl who was very pleasant she handed me over to Richard who I must say was very good at his job. Richard was very helpful  and very patient he helped me select the best jeans fot Me his attitude  was first class I will use this shop s lot more and will spread the word
