Lendal Cellars

I did enjoy this underground bar. Nice beers at a decent price for York. The service was excellent, and Covid measures seemed spot on. The atmosphere was probably the best thing. One of York's worth visiting.

Apart from the tier 2 rules at the time of visit. This place is awesome. Gorgeous food, drinks and a very unique venue. Definitely worth a visit if you've never been before. Love to go there everytime we visit York.

We had bottomless prosecco brunch. Excellent choice of food and never went without a drink even with it being table service. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Another great hidden gem. Really nice inside. Staff very friendly and helpful. The bar was clean and so were the toilets. I can imagine it get noisy in here when it’s busy. Glad we came in when it was quite.

We had a lovely 2nd visit to Lendal Cellars for dinner, previously it was for a drink. it's a great atmosphere, the food was lovely very tasty. Importantly we felt safe with all the precautions they have in place. A great team working together.

Always a pleasure to visit when we come to York, great food and plenty to choose from. Was impressed how well organised everything was in terms of social distancing to keep everyone staff and customers safe, it ran very smoothly. The staff were brilliant so very well done to everyone.
