Nice place. Arcade games and bowling and then a place for adults in the same building.... Pool tables, bar, and slot machines. Very nice place with a cool vibe. Only thing is that I wished they used tokens rather than actual money for the games... Can get quite costly as most arcade games are a pound for a short turn. Either than that, a nice place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our bowling alleys kept having issues though as they are old, but staff are willing to assist.
Good fun. Shame some young girls had to leave as they were asked to remove a head scarf. The scarf was close to her head and you could see her face very clearly. I can understand hoodies are not wanted as they make it diffict to see the face but thin tight to the head scarf that made it easier to see face is no problem. Unless you are against Muslim's wearing head scarfs . Why was the girl embarrassed and asked to leave.
I took my grandson to the soft play, at the big apple today, and was amazed at the poor condition, having paid 5.95 for a 3 year old to go in, nobody bothered to check on us as we went in, the first thing you notice is that is smelt of urine, next a lot of the equipment is held to other with tape. My grandson, went to play in the hall pen, he tried to get some balls that had fallen behind a cabinet, next to the pen, when I looked it was all leads and plugs, he could have easily have fallen head first into the gap of I had not stopped him, never going back
Great fun in a couple or in large groups. The prices are very reasonable and there are a variety of different packages to choose from. It is not a brand new environment but it does the job and its always quite busy. Always consider this alley if you live near woking.
Nice old fashioned bowling Works perfectly as you would expect. Would have liked some cooling but hey . It was good experience with music and low lights. Staff were friendly and was a smooth process.
We thought we'd be at The Big Apple for about an hour tops. Three hours later we were still going and we didn't even get round to bowling! Allthough we spent way too much money here, we enjoyed it very much and the food was really great.
I went in there today to take my kids bowling sadly they were booked up, not a problem we decided to play in the arcades. I put £10 in the change machine and it didn't dispense I told a very unfriendly obnoxious woman behind the counter who said she would send someone over, the guy that arrived said we needed to wait for the manager. Whilst waiting I pressed the button a couple of times just in case it might of started to work, only to get shouted at by the obnoxious woman yo stop pressing the button which i did and then in turn be told that pressing the button wouldn't fix it in a very rude Manor by the manger!! In my eyes this place deserves less than a star and I will NOT be going back in there to be spoken to like that ever again. No customer service and no friendly welcome.
Excellent customer service. Lucy was so helpful with booking/sorting best deal for my daughters birthday & setting up the games. All staff were friendly & welcoming.Very well organised & smooth transition from bowling to lazer quest. Very professional . Kids had fab time will definitely go again. Hoping can do the deal with a meal next time
Wouldn't bother coming here if you have younger children. It's a Saturday and they're only catering to parties and the soft play is closed. Bigger kid was able to hit the arcade but nothing for toddler. Hardly a centre for 'family' entertainment.
Friendly, helpful staff at laserquest, bowling and the food counter. Plenty of cleaning staff sanitising bowling lane seats. Very limited food menu at the moment - only snacks. Perhaps they could rethink the need for the gambling machines in the corridor near the bathrooms in the arcade space when there's already a separate access controlled area with the same? It changes the tone and normalises gambling to hundreds of kids that are there - although that's already happening with the arcade game tickets...
