Great micro pub in the old, well, left luggage room at the original art deco Monkseaton Station, now conveniently a Metro station for easy access from further afield. Friendly staff and a limited but nice range of beers, plus alcohol free. Good cosy atmosphere in winter, and some benches out on the station concourse for the warmer months. No proper food but various bar snacks available. Some amusing graffiti in the gents' toilet :-
Lovely pub and lovely staff! I bought a coffee stout but then realised it may have lactose and am vegan!. The barman went to check the cask!! and confirmed. So I got a gin instead, and he gave me a discount. How nice of them!!!!Service: 5/5
Came here Sunday for few beers Its in great location, Nice warm cosy feeling inside, with some great ales on tap, that change frequently. We were here on Sunday evening and they had various buskers on, some great entertainment with a very friendly atmosphere.
Yea you can't beat this place. Old school pub loved by all. Lovely atmosphere and they are passionate about beer. Perfect stop off on the way home from work and with the metro right there it's a perfect starting place before heading anywhere else. Unreal beer, great selection of everything else. Highly recommend.

This pub is located inside Monkseaton metro station. I visited at night and the atmosphere was fantastic: every table was full of people enjoying the low lighting and tasty craft beer on offer. There is a decent selection of cask and keg. The decor is themed around its location within the station with bare brick walls and open unlit sadly fireplaces.
Really nice place on the metro platform. Packed with Xmas revellers this time of year. Good selection of beer and a real nice mulled wine with added liqueur, which was perfect for providing the Christmas spirit. Perfect place to finish up prior to getting a metro home.Service: 5/5

Left Luggage Room never disappoints. The atmosphere is cosy, the drinks are great. I enjoy trying guest ales. Obviously, great access with the Metro so a great place for the start, or end, of the night.Service: 4/5
Excellent venue serving a varied range of well kept cask ales from lighter beers to stouts, also have a wide selection of spirits with reasonable prices. Located on Monkseaton Metro station made it the ideal call. They have a real fire making it a very cosy stop off for a quick few drinks before catching the Metro into Newcastle City. The bar man was very friendly and knowledgeable on the beers he was serving and made us feel welcome even though we are not local. Will definitely visit again when in the area.
