Our first visit and pleasantly surprised by excellent selection of products. All appears to be of good quality although the prices seem a little high. The staff were welcoming.

Went to leeks cafe this lunchtime and my daughter was taken Ill, the cafe staff were amazing and went above and beyond while helping us, they got water for her to drink and called a first aider who took only two minutes to come to our aid. The ladies in the cafe(staff) even made sure my 8 year old grandaughter was taken care of the whole time. Our sincere thanks to each and every one of you. You are all amazing. Thank you so much for making a stressful incident easier to deal with ... you’re the best xx

Very happy with my new product and the fact that I could take it away within 24hr. Staff where very helpful with transporting the item and gave me tips on how to assemble the product. Very pleased with the whole process and ongoing support.

Nice choice of quality items. Nearly always buy my furniture suites here as plenty to choose from. Sales assistants friendly and helpful. Good range of cookware and varied casual clothing department. Went here for kitchen paint today. Good selection. Nice cafe for breakfast, lunch or just coffee. Lavazza free weekdays if have loyalty card.

Have been dealing with Leekes for many years. Our home is furnished and accessorised with furniture and fittings from the Cross Hands store. Always excellent customer service and staff are very professional without being intrusive. Recently had a littler hiccup with an item purchased on line and collected in store, but issue sorted immediately by a very helpful duty manager who arranged delivery so that we didn't have to return. Many thanks
