For sure NOT the best Chinese in Town. I ordered a basic Vegetarian Rice and Spring rolls. Both ended in the bin. In store isn't possible to pay with card ??? Only cash. Maybe it was just a bad night, but... But for me it's a not anymore.
What a huge disappointment- I ordered about £40 of food for 2 - the lemon chicken was the worse one I ever had , so bitter -my gf thought it was a cordial on top- just awful - the chow mein was very dry - the sesame prawn Toast was dry - the sweet and sour pork was eatable - I am so disappointed really of my first experience- Gutted I spent £40 on food I wanted to throw away at one stage- sad sad sad face
Such nice food but unfortunately won’t be using them again the delivery takes forever I have had to wait 2 hours minimum for delivery 3 different times!! If they told me the wait I never would’ve bothered but they just take your order with a max wait 45 mins and when it arrives it’s obviously just about warm Do not get it delivered it’s happened too many times no exaggeration
Genuinely really tasty food. My favourite Chinese in the area! Always hot and delicious.
Descent Chinese takeaway, better than most others in the area. Price is a little high thoughFood: 4/5
Reliably good Chinese takeaway. Fast, friendly, efficient, good food.
My experience has always been a pleasant one The food has been consistently good and very tasty I don't believe that I have had a bad dish from them A sign of how good or bad the food will be is to have a Rice dish; if it is too fluffy or brown in colour then the rest of the food will not be amongst the better Chinese Takeaways If you want something that is not on the menu or you want it done a particular way or a variation, all you need to do is ask and they'll accommodate you Vegetarian options: As with most takeaways there's a veggie section of the menu
Food was absolutely delicious, unfortunately due to traffic our delivery took 1hr 45 mins to arrive, so wasn't piping hot. But very good food, would recommend
This place is amazing it keep up with times and needs of all. I enjoy their special fried rice with extra king prawns with salt and pepper wings with some mini veg spring rolls real good my favourite Chinese in Hackney for 10 years
In the quest to find a good Chinese takeaway in N16 we have tried many over the years including Lee How several years ago, so upon reading better reviews lately and noticing how busy it's been in there over the past few weeks I decided to give it another try. We were pleasantly surprised! The food was fresh, very hot though the BBQ spare ribs could have been a bit hotter and most importantly it was very tasty and not greasy or oily. Meat portion could also have been a tiny bit more generous bit ultimately the flavour and consistency were good. Give it a try, and I recommend you go in and collect the food to guarantee it being hot
