We recently moved from Northern Ireland and went through Leaders to acquire our new rental property in Haywards Heath. Lauren, who was our agent throughout the entire process was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond on several occasions to get us in on time, after issues with our removal company. I would thoroughly reccommend Leaders to anyone, who not only are prompt and efficient in getting back to you via email or phone, but highly professional and friendly.

I appreciate Leaders for both their honest feedback and accurate evaluation of the market but most of all for their excellent property management. They are also quick to reply and take up queries which are "out of the box". I must be one of their longest-standing customers. They have managed my properties before they were even Leaders.

After two sets of viewings, speaking to four different agents, and telling each one of them our situation and details separately, they decide the day before our final viewings where we intended to make an offer on one of them to tell us they can't actually let to anyone with a guarantor to cover part of the rent. They lost fees for guarantors, the agents that took us around houses to see them said they'd be able to do that as long as the landlord agreed. We are now back to the start with almost no time before we need to take a property because they lied to us about being able to rent from them for almost a month.
