We recently transferred our property management contract to Hamptons from a different agency as we felt the level of service we required to find a new tenant was lacking.

From day one Hamptons hit the ground running and within a few days had considerably enhanced the marketing efforts, which included significantly better professional photos.

Hampton's provided regular feedback on progress and potential offers. The speed and level of quality service has been outstanding. Hamptons managed to find us quality tenants in a short period of time. 

As we live overseas Hamptons also helped us get the house in order for the new tenants. This was money well spent.

Very pleased with our entire dealings with Hamptons: Dan was such a great help, as well as his colleagues, and all correspondence between us was prompt and helpful. Dan went out of his way to find out the information we needed and meet me for additional viewings. Extremely happy with our business with Dan and Hamptons in Haywards Heath and we are now very much looking forward to making the move into our property!

We just rented a property through Hamptons and we were very pleased with their service. Our contact person(s) were Dan and Jenna and they expedited the process which went very smoothly and in the time frame we desired. In particular Dan was persistent but patient throughout our rental search - which I believe was productive towards us reaching a final conclusion. We are happy with our find and equally happy with the service.

Dan and the team have been great in helping me let my late mum's house, Dans knowledge and support has been so helpful as i've never let a house before, they gave me step by step guidance and found them very professional and friendly

I am happy to say that without Nicole at Hamptons I wouldn't be sitting in my beautiful new home right now. Nicole and Neil have been so supportive and helpful throughout the whole 'letting' process. Nicole's gentle words of advice and guidance prompted me to view a property when I was slightly indecisive and I'm so glad I did. 
I actually moved in before Christmas and the it was the most efficient and smooth house move I've ever made. I was able to move in within a week of finding the property and all the paperwork and checks were completed quickly and without fuss. 
Both Nicole and Neil are warm and engaging and meet you on a personal level. The whole process was enjoable and the moving in gift and cards were a lovely and well received surprise. 
Hamptons promote and deal with quality properties and offer a friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to buy or rent.
