Having purchased and sold many houses while working my way up the property ladder, I have come across many estate agents and without doubt Simon Holroyd and his team are the best estate agents i have dealt with - they are not a stereotypical estate agency - they are honest, friendly, loyal and go above and beyond to ensure that your house sale/purchase goes smoothly and efficiently. Many estate agents in the area have come and gone, but I am so glad that Holroyd have not. I wouldn't use anyone else now.  They are a great independent company, where you will treated as an important client, rather than just a number on their books.

I chose to market my East Grinstead property with Holroyd Homes, after Simon successfully sold my previous home in Haywards Heath, a couple of years ago.  We are now underway with the next sale, which is being overseen by Simon himself. I really can’t fault Holroyd Homes on any level, as it’s so refreshing not to have to engage with the  ‘game-play’ of many of the larger high street agencies. Simon and his team are extremely friendly and approachable and will work closely with you to gain a positive outcome. 

Simon, thank you for being the friendly, reliable and honest face amongst a veritable myriad of tricky ones. It’s a five star rating from me.

Having dealt with Simon in buying this property I cannot fault the service at all. Very accommodating and everything ran smoothly. Cannot recommend Simon and the team enough to anyone. Thanks for your help

Great team at Holroyd estate agents. Very professional and friendly. Always upfront and honest which is a refreshing change. Sold our home without any hassles. Would use again and highly recommended.
