Selling your Home can be a very stressful experience. I should know as I’ve done it 7 times over the last 30 or so years. However Batcheller Monkhouse Haywards Heath were fantastic, making it one of the easiest sales we’ve ever encountered. Firstly, they work as a team, so you can access information and updates when you want them. They keep you informed, which is vital in keeping the stress level to a minimum. Each member of staff I spoke too were approachable and very professional. We were also happy with everything they did to promote our house, we felt they had all options covered. They clearly got it right as the viewers that came to see the house, were the right ones, they were a good fit! Overall I would say, BM Haywards Heath is one of best agents to employ selling your property.

We have used a range of services from Batcheller Monkhouse over the past 4 years and we would not have achieved the outcomes we did without their unfailing expertise. Their fantastic and diligent rental department managed our property for more than 3 years after which their incredible sales team sold it for us. There were complex planning issues related to the sale and in stepped their planning department to resolve these for us! It has been a one stop shop for all our requirements which was so reassuring as they did all of this with us residing in NZ. Prompt, utterly professional and most of all caring. Very special thanks to Simon and Carly for their determined efforts to secure the favourable outcome they did. They had our vested interests at heart and we simply cannot recommend Batcheller Monkhouse highly enough.

Batchellor Monkhouse acted on my behalf for the sale of my property in West Sussex. I cannot speak highly enough of their performance. Every member of their team delivered a friendly and competent service with the utmost professionalism. I felt that they acted in my best interests at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly team. My sale went through very smoothly even as part of a big chain, largely due to the chasing and calls undertaken by Simon and his team. I can not fault the process from start to finish and would certainly use them again.

Although acting for the vendor, James was particularly helpful in providing open and honest answers to our many questions on the house purchase. Very polite, he and his colleagues were always punctual for viewings.
