Best service I’ve had anywhere. Very helpful. The nice gentleman did not mind me asking any questions about pricing . And he was very patient when I asked him about the way he worked. The most level headed shop worker I’ve ever met.
Made the mistake of going here without reading the reviews. Rude and unhelpful service coupled with extortionate prices. £12 for a 2 minute watch battery replacement. Plenty of other decent repair shops in the area that aren't as inhospitable.
Fantastic! Fixed my shoe strap in a couple of hours after I walked in with it. As a flight attendant on a layover I needed it for my flight home. Thank you for your kind and quick perfect fix.

Consider other shops! Capable of attaching a leather strap to a shoe, but extremely rude service, at purchase and at collection. On a second visit months later - charged £25 for a spare fob key. Locksmith around the corner did the same job for £15, both keys work. Do not visit unless no other options available.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAFF ARE FULL OF ATTITUDE DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS, THEY TALK LIKE THERE NOT INTERESTED AT ALL! TOOK MY WATCH IN FOR REPAIR, AFTER 1MNTH THERE WAS STILL NO ESTIMATE. TOOK TO A PROPER WATCH REPAIR SHOP & MY WATCHED WAS REPAIRED WITHIN A WEEK. NEW GLASS & HANDLE REPAIRED. DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE. TRUST ME. VERY BAD ATTITUDE, SEEMS LIKE ITS A FAMILY RUN BUISNESS. NO APOLOGY TO ME AT ALL. JUST KEPT SAYING THEY WILL LET ME KNOW BUT THEY NEVER KEPT ME UPDATED AT ALL.
Over priced, rude, unprofessional & disgraceful customer service to say the least, will not be returning again, definitely would not recommend.
Would not recommend this place. I just got my car key fob battery changed for £14 and trusted that the technician would check the right battery was inserted. Got to my car and it wouldn't work.. turns out wrong battery inserted.. CR1300 instead of CR1302 which is clearly stated inside the key fob. By the time I got back to the store it had closed. Luckily the blue DIY store further down had the right battery for £2.99 and helped fit it for free.
I heard they know about Paraboots, so I took in a pair of Avoriaz that I've been wearing very hard for two years. Absolutely beautiful job - resole, fixed a broken speed hook & put some work in to soften the leather too. They're looking better than new.
