Had a pair of leather soled shoes that had a plastic sole put on them by another cobbler. They'd started coming off and so just needed some glue - guy in here did a top job and said it was no bother so just put some cash in the charity pot. Super kind of him.

He cut keys from my master key. Just looking at them I could see they weren't exactly the same but he insisted they were. Sure enough they didn't work. So I trudged back to Victoria to get a refund. I got there at 17.45. He's supposed to be open till 18.00 but he was closed. Very annoyed. And he was quite abrupt and rude as well.
Speedy service, key cutting done there and then in 10 minutes. Very affordable. Note: location is opposite the TFL information office, I've put in an update to the location on maps but it might not get approved
At first I went to Simpson in London Victoria to get my watch strap repaired. In this peticular case the gentleman at the shop couldn't be bothered to fix it . Without even looking at the watch properly he decided it couldn't be fixed! Well I think he was more interested in munching his lunch at the counter. However at the same chain East Croydon Station the gentleman at the till was extremely helpful and actually fixed my watch strap.
Extremely rude and unable worker.
