Stopped here on a wet and miserable morning and had coffee and 2 patisseries which were divine.Hidden gem in Stow in the Wold brightened up my birthday weekend away.

We live locally and can't believe we didn't know about Le Patissier Anglais until we saw the fantastic reviews on Tripadvisor. We called in this morning and bought three cakes to bring home (1x mille feuille and 2 x custard tarts). They were absolutely AMAZING! The owner is so friendly, hugely talented and obviously passionate about his craft. Will be placing an order for one of the large custard tarts next time!! Cannot recommend highly enough.
