Awful experience.  Mr Lawson has had no respect for his tenants, walking into the property without warning whilst renting there. I was in an upstairs bedroom and Mr Lawson showed one of the bedrooms to a possible  tenant whilst I was in the bath.  As it was advertised as a room in a girls only house I was quite shocked to come face to face with a man in only my towel in the corridor between my room and the bathroom as he came with his daughter to view the room.  My housemate who rented the room next to me was also very angry with the disrespect from the landlord, no warning through texts or phone calls and I moved out soon after.  I hear she has also moved. If you don't mind the landlord and his father walking in with their own key unannounced not calling out to anyone but silently entering and walking around the house without any warning or regard for the rental laws then go right ahead and rent a room here.
