I was very disappointed by their unprofessional behaviour. After chasing H&S for 3 month to request a member of their staff to come in and provide a price quote for the necessary works, I had to get a director involved, who then proceeded to tell me that H&S were too busy and asked me to look for services elsewhere. I attempted to contact them a month later and was flatly refused service. Very poor customer service.
I used this company who were trading as clearaway services... did half the job and then made excuses and didn't finish off... they took payment for more than half the job so I was left with a bigger bill to get rid of the rest... would recommend its not worth using them...
