Bought myself a little run around from Ivanhurst a couple weeks ago, wanted to actually use the car for a while before posting a review.  Firstly I can honestly say that the service was great, Brad the salesman was so helpful & made sure that I was completely happy with the car, he then helped me to get the vehicle tax sorted before I left the building.  This dealership whilst not the biggest, is definitely one that I personally would use again, and would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.

Had a really nice motor from ivanhurst. Highly recommend this company.All motors looked after.staff are truly amazing, so helpful and took my concerns in. Helped me find the right car and drive away very happy. So what you waiting for? Give them a call and get you’re dream car.

I bought a Mercedes C Class from Ivanhurst in October. I‘ve already liked the car on the pictures and they were very friendly on the phone. I decided to view the car and everything went very smoothly. They were not pushing me to buy it, they were very professional. I was very satisfied with everything and I bought the car and drove it back home. After a couple of days there was an oil leak from the engine. I called the seller and they were very helpful through the whole process to fix the problem. They came with a trailer to take the car back to their garage even when I am 70 miles away from them. They checked the car and found out that the oil coolant is leaking which costs about £1000. They fixed it for me without hesitating and brought back the car to me. I work in the motor industry and I know that traders not really take care of their customers after a sale. But Tomas and his team are exempt of this. They gave me a 5 star service. The car is perfect now. I really appreciate their brilliant service and solution. If I would like to buy a car in the future I would definitely go to their website first. Incredible customer service from TOM in multiple occasions he goes out of his way to help his customers even when he doesn’t have to. Very patient and understanding guy who goes above and beyond for his customers. If anyone is reading reviews before they visit the branch look no further he’s your guy
