Bairstow Eves have been around for a long time, sometimes you feel that some agents get complacent especially when in this market Bairstow Eves are one of the largest and well known. My Mother-in-Law decided to sell her home in Wickford back in September of 2017, the market was quite slow coming into winter not many people are thinking of moving so near to Christmas. I spoke initially to Mr. John Russell who from the very start gave me confidence that they would do everything in their power to find us a buyer. His knowledge of the area in question was very impressive together with nice manner I felt I could trust him. True to his word he found a buyer and at the price we wanted for the property, unfortunately the buyer's solicitor half way through took sick leave, another solicitor was allocated within the same firm but we felt that they were not as proactive as they should have been. Thanks to John, and Tracey they took up the challenge and got everything sorted out for us, this being daily calls to solicitors etc. we can't thank them enough. Recommend them, without a doubt a very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable company who went far and beyond for us. Thanks guys and all the best for the future! Jennifer Thomson

My wife and I have visited several estate agencies in the area and we eventually had two valuations done. We both found the team at Bairstow Eves, led by manager, Tracy Cox, to be very professional and they definitely had good sound knowledge of the property market in the Wickford and surrounding areas. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, a very professional outfit. We had no good reason to leave a review for the other company we used, not the same calibre. Carry on the good work.

I needed to help a friend take action to sell his home. The team at the Wickford office could not have been more helpful and considerate in what was a difficult situation. They were professional, informative and understanding. They were so good I recommended them to a close friend and she can not speak too highly of them.

My wife and I were looking for a house in the area before Christmas and found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Now Christmas is out of the way we'll be once again looking to move house and I shall be using this company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Extremely helpful right from the start, told me exactly what I wanted to know, delt with a lovely lady called Tracy, she kept me updated every week without fail, would definitely use again, thanks Bairstow eves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
