Lavash

My brother had the grilled chicken in recent dinner at Lavash. He got food poisoning and missed work for a week. We called the restaurant to make them aware of the problem so they can check supply/ supplier and was faced by surprisingly rude and unapologetic manager on the call. Was very surprised as we have discretely called them so this doesn't happen to other customers as my brother has been through hell in the past week. The guy was just arguing with loud voice. We weren't asking for anything and this was out of goodwill. This behavior and type of customer service is unacceptable. Not worth going and apart the chicken the other dishes are not same as they used to be. Never going back. Congrats for losing loyal customers and we shall make sure to spread the word.

Absolutely in love with this warm and vibrant restaurant. The food is to die for. 5 stars for the swift service and food. The atmosphere is so warm. The best persian restaurant in London by far. highly recommend this grill restaurant. Many thanks for the hospitality:))

💖Delightful food and very affordable with large portion. Best Persian restaurant for sure. The mezzes were addictive in particular. Beautiful open spaced restaurant!💖

Stunning restaurant with fantastic bar and fantastic food with welcoming and warm customer service. Will be making a swift return as the food was gorgeous!!!!!!!!! Top notch restaurant. Recieved a hefty portion of food with a generous price.
