Absolutely brilliant. Fantastic and friendly service, exceptionally clean and the food was brilliant. Portions were very well sized and dishes well presented. Couldn't believe what great value the meal was too.
Great food and professional service. Sea bass was cooked beautiful and had that melt in your mouth tenderness, and the fresh baked bread for the table was a great touch. The only thing I found odd was the LED lighting, it clashes with the rest of the decor.
We've just had an incredible dining experience. Excellent, authentic Turkish/ Mediterranean cuisine and great personal service. We thoroughly recommend this family run restaurant!
I love this restaurant, it's become a regular of mine when working in the area. The menu is varied enough without being suspicious that they haven't actually prepared anything themselves, the combinations work and I always feel as though I've had a decent, well thought through meal. The mid week fixed price menu is decent value, not cheap as in nasty, but reasonably priced for the quality. I've always been well looked after even when they've had trainee staff on their first shift. Staff have been there when you need them and not when you don't.
We had a lovely meal here this evening, celebrating my husbands birthday. Two adults, two young adults, three courses. We did not go for their very reasonably priced set menu something to try another time, but opted for a la carte. The welcome qas very warm and we had very attentive service. Their starters are very large for starters, but it set us up for a fabulous main and dessert. Three starters, four mains, extra bread, sides, and a salad, three desserts, two coffees, two beers and several soft drinks cost over £140. But the quality of the food was outstanding. I will dreaming of the lamb, spinach and feta dish and its gravy. It was perfect for a special occasion meal.
Lovely, great food and a good coffee. Vegetarian options: Good choice of vegetarian options, the vegatable & halloumi tagine was fantastic.
Food lovely. Service not good so automatically adding 10% service was not well received. Menu did not include dishes that were on online menu. Dessert choices limited and they had run out of a choice a number of us wantedFood: 5/5
Our first visit to this establishment and it will not take long for us to go back, the furnishings are first class and service from the waiter's very friendly and professional. We opted for the two courses for £12.95 first dish been the lamb kofty and our main the Sunday roast, both dishes were wonderful and packed with flavor, the chef coming out to ask if everything was OK was a really nice touch too. See you soon Well it was 6 days before we visited again and the food was mouthwatering delicious, I plumed for the lamb loin and my partner the lamb shank I was crying eating my last mouth full it was that good. 5*all day long, I have added some new pictures from another visit, superb quality food as usual, but I did find the price of £9.50 for two glasses of beer hard to swallow for sure
Fantastic food. I ate off the specials menu but two of my party had the much talked of sea bass and raved about it. The vine leaves starter also went down a treat. Lovely ambience. Service was a little slow when it came to bringing our first drinks but after that it was perfectly pitched.
Very good food and atmosphere recommend it to any one. They are doing takeaway sourdough pizzas are excellent I ve been.told they have a facebook page for takeaway pizzas which is called Lavanta Sourdough pizza.
