Everything we ate and drank here was incredible! Everything tastes authentic and fresh, the flan was one of the nicest desserts we’ve ever eaten. It was very busy but despite that the staff were all attentive and efficient, make sure you book a table! Also the Bloody Mary was 10/10
Really nice hidden gem of a restaurant serving authentic Mexican cuisine.nnWe arrived fairly early and the place was quiet, we didn't have a reservation but were seated with no hassle. However the place quickly filled up and pretty soon it was packed. In future we'd definitely book to be able to get a table, especially in peak times.nnThe staff were chatty and friendly and service was quick.nnWe had the Enchiladas De Res and Enchiladas De Mole Negra and shared a rice and tortilla chips and all I can say is the food was fantastic.nnThe cocktails are also delicious and very reasonable at £7.50 for a frozen margarita, so much so we had to have a few to take advantage.
A fantastic restaurant with great traditional Mexican cuisine. There is a nice selection of food at a good price. The staff are friendly and service is very efficient. Make sure you book in advance as this is a very popular spot.
Our first ever trip to Lupe’s after walking past it every day and wondering what’s in store, and safe to say we were not disappointed! We booked quite late on in the day and they made room for us at the bar which was still lovely but they are very busy and rightly so so I’d recommend booking in advance! Food and drinks were amazing, local beer and funky cocktails for a good price. Speedy service and great atmosphere. Will be back!
We love it at Lupe’s, we’ve been coming for a few years and are always left wondering why we don’t come more oftennnInterior is fun and rustic, and I read that the owner built the bar by hand which is super cool!nnStaff are always very friendly and attentive even when it gets busy which it frequently is!!nnEverything we’ve tried has been delicious but our favourite by far is the Smokey rich beef enchiladas which are to die for.nnThe cocktails are also amazing especially the spicy margs!
