Boutique Bowling.

Story

Lane7 have chosen Newcastle upon Tyne to launch their boutique bowling alley. For those who aren’t aware of the concept then forget Formica tables, mass produced moulded seats, plastic hot dogs and blue slush puppies - think of the best bar you’ve ever been to. And then add ten pin bowling. Pool. A bit of ping pong and beer pong. Mini golf. And a karaoke booth (to keep those more into the Arts than Sports happy)!

Great place for a date night. My partner and I came here for some fun and drinks. It was quite empty so we were able to do the bowling and then switch to pool. The music was really good, they had a DJ and I loved the decor. Drinks were quick and reasonably priced. They have batting cages, bowling, pool, beer pong and an arcade. There is probably more... Would recommend and would return.
Went here on a stag, it was great. So many activities and a decent selection of drinks and cocktails. My only negative is that the basement with table tennis was way too hot.
I had a fantastic time here at Lane7 Newcastle. There's a wide variety of different games to play & the staff are super helpful and cool. We tried Bowling and Batting cages. The batting cages are really fun in particular - the game allows you to change between cricket or baseball with four different speed settings for pitching - had to channel my inner Jeter with the baseball game!! If I could give any critique, I think the drinks we ordered were a tad expensive for what we got. But I can definitely say we'll be headed to Lane7 again!!!
This is a fab venue for a night out. So much to do and tonnes of fun. We loved the karaoke room and the staff were great, as were the drinks! Highly recommended!
Tara and Faiza literally made my night! went on a Wednesday and it perfectly broke up our week. staff are 10/10
This place is aging like a fine wine. Loads of brilliant games, great bar, helpful and friendly staff. Every time I go it seems to get a little better. Huge win on adding the darts games! Great place for groups.
It was okay ‍ Ended up spending £39 on 2 games of bowling and 2 soft drinks which i think is so expensive for what it was. One of the staff did offer us a free game of whatever we wanted Would have been nicer if it was maybe a bit darker to add some ambience as the bowling lanes are next to massive windows overlooking the road The staff were really nice though and there is what looks like a few other bits to do so its not just bowling Saw some other people order food and it also looked really tasty I do just think its a bit overpriced but still fun!
Tara was our hostess today for our staff fun day out. She really was fun and kept our drinks flowing.
Very poor customer service and management from the team.Not at all happy with the team .For the price you pay here would recommend going else where.
Absolutely amazing game of pool and Lauren was an amazing host all night. 100% recommend to anyone visiting Newcastle. Great value drinks and very good value bowling compared to the rest of Newcastle
