What a good record shop! With fine products, and nice and friendly people! If you have any questions about your order, you will receive a direct and quick answer from the people of the store. And if - in exceptional cases - there is a small problem with your order, they will also solve it quickly and correctly. Even for EU-citizens like me! ;-
I don’t have an experience yet but I already know that this is the best record store ever because my boyfriend walked past it and saw that they put the whole Taylor Swift collection on display! Will definitely visit and buy Taylor Swift records.
Great little, well stocked shop and the guy behind the counter was very friendly. Ordered a vinyl record online for a great price and collected in person. Excellent price, cheaper than HMV or Amazon.

Great record shop specialising in new vinyl. Lots of exclusives and indie only editions of classic albums and new releases. Knowledgeable staff can track down limited editions and order in new releases so you can get your hands on the limited edition. Wide range of stock in store and plenty of decent offers.
Personally has always been the nicest record store in Newcastle, with staff who really care about having a chat about music - no matter what it is! Really nice vibe, great selection, weirdly good prices. My favorite record store in Newcastle hands down.

Made a special trip into town to reflex record shop,bloke behind counter eating his dinner,asked for the record I was interested in and was told there was nothing on their website - was cheekily told that they can not stock everything on their website in front of two customers. I have been buying records since I was eleven years old and will definitely not be going back here again. - they seem to forget that some of us spent many hours standing in a queue in all weathers to support reflex record shop on record store day - go to beatdown , vinyl guru , rpm, even windows.
