Cootes Pharmacy

I use Cootes for most of my pharmaceutical needs. I would say the staff are relatively quick at producing prescription requests and advice on any other matters. Fairly well located within East Finchley, and prices don't seem to be too crazy. I believe they do a lot of beauty products too.

We are very lucky to have this pharmacy on our High Street. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My prescriptions are sent directly from my GP to this chemist and they are speedily dispensed.

Such friendly staff, visit at least twice a week, Have continually gone above and beyond to help myself and my partner. Will forever be grateful. 5

Staff without masks and no control on the amount of people inside the shop. Just walk away without being served. Also the counter was a mess. I would expect a clean and tidy counter with the pandemic situation. A big space with a lot of products available. Some work on costumer service needed.

Can recommend this pharmacy. Also Covid safe as very spacious.

The staff are amazing the pressure theyve been under to stay open for all in these times of virus and before and after it they are good people doctors make mistakes these guys do thier upmost to help you warm and welcoming and i thank you greatly for all you do for me guys bless you

Incredibly slow and really really unhelpful staff. Avoid this place if you can.

The most rude pharmacy I have ever been to and that's an understatement, cannot even start to explain in these unprecedented times the treatment these people give patients and customers trying to get their prescriptions at a time where getting a doctor's appointment is impossible. Honestly change your pharmacy don't go there.
