Best butty shop in Chorley! Helpful friendly staff, great food!

Been a couple of times, came in last week after ordering for the office. the lady confirmed the order on the phone but when I got back to the office there were items missing. 
Asked for ham and salad cream barm with salad, got a ham mayo barm with salad. 
Asked for a panini, the bread was rock hard and stale. 
Definitely will not return.
