Lailas Fine Foods

Lailas Fine Foods is a factory producing over 120K meals a day. The workforce is predominantly production with a front office team and a family of directors who have grown and developed the business to a multi-million pound turnover. When you join be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. There is no room for time-wasters in this business. You need to use your initiative, have resilience and be positive. No day is the same and as with any business who produces food, the main focus is on the product quality and getting it to the customers on time. If you want to do well don’t waste their time and make sure that you are alert and aware at all times. It can be fun and as the company has grown there are lots of interesting people joining who contribute to the multi-cultural mix and that makes for a diverse & interesting environment.

I would recommend this company for the excellent choice of food they produce. Myself and my Wife have enjoyed most of the products . I was surprised when I rang to say how delicious the meals were that I was asked if I wanted to be put through to one of the Directors. Great that they care about customers views.

Just wanted to say well done, it is hard to find tasty and authentic ready meals and your Chef Select Thai Red from Lid is delicious!!

ChefSelect range is ultimate favourite (chilli con carne, korma, tikka massala) discovered them in Lidl. Keep up the great work guys, happy to see British products on the shelves.

Worst Indian ready meal I've ever had. "Deluxe Lamb Rogan Josh" was the description on the packaging. "Lumps of old rubber served in a relatively tasteless, yet overly salted, slightly vinegary sauce" would have been a more accurate description. Never again!!
