Really nice place and very tucked away. You will almost miss it if you do not know where it is. We had a table of 10 and went at lunch time on a Wed. It was very empty and had the place to our selves. Very freindly staff quick to take orders and to make sure we were all happy etc. Could not want for anything. Food was very nice and exstreamly good value . Will definatley go again. Would.be good for famliy or romantic meal.

Booked a table of 5 for 8 O'clock last night, we arrived to a less than half full restaurant , strange for a Saturday night in this area. The young waiter/ barman was very young and his waiteress sister was even younger, tho pleasant neither were very attentive and spent more than enough time huddled behind the bar looking down at something, their phones at a guess. The food was very poor, rubbish in fact, I had the "la strada" sea food risotto, it consisted of 2 prawns, 4 thinly cut calamari rings with an over powering taste of chilli and chorizo.I didn't eat eat. We haven't been to La Strada for a couple of years and we will not be going back.

The food itself was good, it took very long before my pizza got served though, and staff was not very friendly.
