I have visited this restaurant multiple times and all the time the food and service is amazing.nI have been last night there and it was fairly busy , the oldest waitress was going above and beyond to keep us happy like always. I read the below review and it’s breaking my heart to see others people opinion about her , as we were there and we’ve seen what had actually happened. She’s our favourite waitress and she’s actually doing her best even when the restaurant it’s packed . Cristina thank you for your amazing service and don’t let anyone put you down.

Waitress clearly doesn’t want be there. Very similar experience to the review below. Elder waitress with long brown hair was too busy to give you eye contact. Had to get up and go get a drink and no one asked how the food was until they cleared it away.nnFood was good but clearly the waitress was not that friendly busy telling everyone she is moving away to Hemel Hempstead to be close to her sister and/or getting married!nnGood food ruined by poor service.nnUpdate 04.24nnMuch better service at lunch by Emily and warm welcome back by manager who recognised us.nnWell done Emily.nnBigger portions than other local Turkish restaurants and 25% discount at lunch for a full evening meal portion makes it a better choice if your hungry and want great food.
Wonderful family meal out at the Olive Tree. The restaurant is smart from the outside and really nice inside. Small colorful lamps hang from the ceiling. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Plentiful staff all smiling and very happy to help. The food came quickly and was lovely. My lamb chops were tasty. But expensive. 4 chops rice and bit of salad £23. You can decide? No complaints about the food all enjoyed their meals. Would I go back yes I would. Outside smoking area and also toilets were clean.
This place deserves all the positive reviews it gets. I was a little worried when I first got there as the server who seated us who appeared to be very young and inexperienced made me feel quite uncomfortable and was not friendly at all which I was not expecting from the reviews here. However as soon as I was seated the person taking my order was absolutely lovely and I was then helped by the absolutely amazing Cristina who made us feel so welcome. The food was some of the best Turkish food I’ve ever eaten! The portion size was amazing value for money and the quality and tenderness of the meat were superb ! We were so impressed that we came back the following day. We ordered take away that time and the wait time for that was only 20 mins and despite attending on a Saturday night we didn’t have to wait a long time for our food at all. Everything was super quick. If anyone is staying at whittlebury hall or perhaps any hotel in the area I would recommend you get out of the hotel and come here. It is fantastic! Amazing food. Lovely decor and Amazing service minus that one person!. Cristina is a credit to that establishment and is truly one of the most helpful and friendly people I have ever met
