Best pizza in Brighton for at least 10 years running I've been ordering from these guys since 2008 and they have never once delivered a pizza that wasn't consistently delicious and excellent. I could not be more impressed with the taste, the quality of ingredients - and you just cannot undervalue the consistency. Really impressed and particularly recommend the heavenly Carnoso with extra prawns.
Love this place! The pizzas are crisp and light but also manage to be juicy and garlic-y. The toppings are generous and the service is friendly. They always say 45 minutes for delivery, but we've never had to wait that long, although we do generally order pretty early. I will never suffer another disgusting Domino's pizza again!
I didn't find the pizza very good - the caramelized treat other reviewers mentioned was almost sickly sweet as if they'd added honey; I like carmelized onions as much as the next person but that was too much especially on a pizza. Ingredients were a bit sparse on the pizzas; normally I don't eat an 11 inch pizza by myself but the combination of this and the thin crust made it quite a light meal. And I found the crust dry and tasteless although not soggy, which was nice. On the plus side they did have a good menu with choices outside the normal Hawaiian, Meat-eater, Pepporoni, etc, and the salad I bought with the pizza was quite nice. If you really like thin crust pizza you could probably do worse than La Cucina, but personally I probably won't be ordering from them again.
Very dry pizza base almost like a cracker, maybe not even fresh dough. Taste is fine and toppings seemed fresh it would taste much better on different pizza base. Quite disappointed as it came highly recommended, i will give another try in few weeks time

Delicious thin crust. Fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Delivery and collection only. Really busy on Fridays and Saturdays so be patient or book your delivery in early. Also they have gluten free base and vegan cheese. Fantastic!!
I think I’ve just had the driest pizza ever, my plate literally looks like a plate of broken up crackers. Ordered a simple large margarita pizza and it came with absolute minimum amount of cheese and sauce and mainly of tasted the dry base which broke apart. Seriously disappointed.
Really good pizza good flavoured topping and proper Italian thin base. Our daughter loves the vegan option as well. Highly recommend this place.
Wow, what happened to this place? Used to be nice! Seriously the worst overpriced dry pizza I ever had. Just like a £1 Tesco frozen pizza. We were 4 people and all agree: worst pizza in Brighton! Feel seriously dissapodisap.
I have never left a review on anything before but after being disappointed again by cucina here it is! The base isnt too bad fairly thin which i like but the tomato sauce is thinly spread dry and pretty tasteless. The thin theme carries onto the toppings but too negative effect. They are so carefully measured you can barely taste artichoke,tuna etc Garlic although listed as an ingredient on some pizzas you cant taste at all. They REALLY watch the amounts that goes on. The exception ive found is the gambrini which comes with a decent prawn on each slice. Loosen up with the toppings/sauce and they would be fine. Coleslaw with a beetroot colour is v good!
