DO NOT USE THIS TAXI FIRM. I pre booked a taxi and called again the following morning to make sure of my booking.....AND STILL THEY DIDN'T SHOW. To make it worse they didn't answer my calls to offer any apology or explanation.

Never bothered to turn up meaning we missed our train to London. Spoke to the most ignorant and rude man in the call centre-absolutely no concept of customer service or understanding that people actually need to be somewhere on time. Praying Uber get more drivers in the area as they’re always on time and great!

Rude !!!!!! I booked a taxi to work but had o cancel 10 mins before because I realised I left my bag and money in friends car. I rang to explain and I got hung up on!! I've recently moved to long Eaton and I am a regular taxi user and will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN VERY RUDE AND UN PROFRSSIONAL !!;;!

Absolutely furious with these utter clowns! I booked a taxi to arrive at the end of my road, I did that to be helpful so the driver wouldn't have to come down the untarmaced section. When the time came there was no car, when my girlfriend rang they told her she never booked a taxi. They said they'd send one anyway and by some amazing feat of stupidity they sent it to the other side of town and went on to blame the mistake on me. I have to answer the phone to my crying girlfriend who's having to walk in the rain to work and subsequently arrive late. Since they refuse to answer the phone and apologise or even explain and admit their mistakes I'm leaving this review. Just a warning to anyone considering this mess of a taxi company, these people are rude, aggressive, unprofessional and just down right nasty!
