Great service, down in Cornwall on holiday. Brake pad cracked and started wearing on the disc, need to drive home to two days. Called 6 garages which all said we can’t fit you in. Called HiQ and Mark offered to fit the job in 1st thing the next morning. Arrived on site the next day and Mark said the car would be ready by 11am. Headed into town and came back at 11am to find the car fixed and ready to go. Great service, great team and would highly recommend.
On holiday, found a screw in my tyre. The guy was helpful and polite. They were extremely busy. He got us fixed up and on our way in no time
Popped in here as tyre pressure warning light kept coming on. Phoned warranty breakdown who "insisted" it was a puncture and nothing they can do. Nice chap here checked tyre for me which was perfectly fine and could clearly see it was a brake issue stuck caliper?. Car now booked in with garage to get fixed under warranty and no charge from HiQ either. So thank you

I booked my car in for a mot today 8-6-21. Stephen was very helpful and polite. All the staff where friendly as well. The workshop was clean as was the office and toilet. I was not kept waiting. My car passed with 2 advisorys. There was no pushing to have the work done at HI Q. I would recommend HiQ Truro to anybody.
So I really needed my car air con re-gassed as I'm going away with a dog in the car so phoned them up at 8.50am and asked if at all possible they could squeeze me in today so the guy said bring it in in half an hour leave it with us and I'll get someone to have a look. An hour after bringing it in it was all sorted. Absolutely amazing service and great customer satisfaction. This place is now my go to for all future work on my car's. Big Thank You
My thanks to the gentlemen working here for getting me back on the road quickly and with no fuss. Keep up the good work fellas. If I'm ever back around these parts and need work done you'll be my first choice.
Can't fault the prompt, professional and thorough service. I was a walk-in customer and they spent many hours with my car, inspecting it and making it roadworthy by the end of the day. I also like the promise never to carry out unnecessary work, writ large behind the counter. Highly recommended.
Rapid at finding space for me to bring in my car for inspection and helping looking at the issue But £45 is very steep to just plug in their computer, clear the error and tell me to come back if it shows again which only took 5 minutes
