I had 4 new tyres and tracking done 9 weeks ago I was driving I could hear a taking sound and noticed metal all around the inside wall went back to the Truro branch they told me the tracking was out but couldn't expend why but can offer to do the tracking again but nothing for the tyres
Horrible experience. I got a flat tire and was told they could replace it in 30 minutes. When I returned, the staff claimed they couldn't replace it because the rim was damaged. Thankfully, I didn't wait and visited three other garages, all of which confirmed that the rim was perfectly fine and didn't need replacing. It's clear they were just trying to rip me off. Avoid this place at all costs. ---
Good tidy work done in reasonable time. The staff were polite and helpful. Good value price.
Unfortunately yesterday my rear drivers side tyre picked up a piece of metal debris causing a non fixable flat tyre. After I managed to take the flat off , my mum & I took it to ATS being the nearest to where I was stationed. Both employees were extremely helpful, Drew the Technician was on it , even with his day being busy . I then can't thank his colleague enough for taking the time to pop to where my vehicle was parked to check the wheel nuts were tightened correctly. I recommend if anyone is in need . Thank you
I took my car in for an aircon recharge with a groupon voucher. They told me it couldn't be done as it wasn't holding pressure. I got an aircon specialist out to my house afterwards who had to loosen the port cover with special tools as it hadn't been taken off for years. I was then told it was holding pressure perfectly. In short, they have no idea what they are doing and are liars.
Very unhelpful, I had a tyre that needed checking, there was a screw sticking out of a tread. They weren't interested. Moaned that there was only 2 of them. And said he could book me into look at it in 4 days time...Not a good service at all
I never had a good experience in these places. Maybe I'm expecting too much?! 40 minutes after my "appointment" my car makes it onto the ramp and starts to get worked on and wanting to charge £70 to swap back wheels to front. I'm afraid I won't be back.
I don't think our surprise stop could have gone any smoother. They took a look over our flat, estimated the time it would take, and our car rolled out just as we returned. Everyone was friendly, paperwork for the rental was simple as well. What could have been a slog of a way to start the morning, turned into a positive!
Really great service from ATS in Truro. Called on Monday morning and the car was all fixed by the end of the day with staff Ryan explaining and showing me what the fault was. 10/10 for customer service, also got a discount with their "Heros club" as I work for the NHS.
Excellent. Ordered tyres online and had a phone call saying my tyres weren't in stock but that I would be supplied with more expensive tyres at no extra cost. On the day greeted by a very friendly helpful Mark, who looked after my car from start to finish. The additional service and freebies were abundant. Tyre alignment and free nitrogen inflation and topped up the washer bottle which was full anyway but still! Overall a rare and enjoyable experience from a garage. Will definitely use again.
