Everything was fine till Front wheel alignment as check was free I talked but then been told that front is slightly out so they charge me £65 for it the job take 5min. Later on I check how much is front wheel alignment most garages take £30-35. The other thing they delayed my appointment by day, we agreed 3pm when arrive asked me to wait 1h as they have another car.
Popped over here today when a local garage couldn’t fit me in within good time. 5 star customer service from Adrian and the team. Helped me on my travels today with a wheel balance. Seen a few happy customers in and out today while waiting. :
Excellent service, took my car here for an MOT and it was taken in right on time and returned within the hour. Staff friendly and professional and the waiting area was clean and tidy with plenty of seating. No issues with my car but I did hear staff explaining issues to other customers in a clear manner without using technical jargon.
Can’t fault any of the mechanics! Always willing to go the extra mile when it is needed! Always take my cars here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team have always been on hand when i have needed them. Can’t recommend kwik fit enough! A massive thank you for always sorting being able to sort our cars out, even at the last minute!
I needed a tyre around their closing time, one of the guys was fantastic, didn’t catch his name unfortunately but a real credit to this branch. He went out of his way to serve me yesterday and I’m really thankful. Quick service as the name suggests Thank you
Pulled into Kwik fit 30 minutes before they shut on Sunday, with an unexpected flat tyre that ruined the tyre wall completely! Patrick was very helpful and welcoming to sort this out for us immediately. We was back to our journey in less than 30 minutes! Brilliant service that couldn’t be any better in a time of need!
Booked an exhaust check up after having a temporary repair, was seen on the appointment time, when the garage was extremely busy and was told I just needed another clamp fitting. This was done with no charge so extremely happy with the efficient and honest service!
My husband and I visited today and were amazed at the level of service we receive and always receive. Adrian and pat make a wonderful team. There were piles of people in the centre but managed to get our car checked out. Thanks guys
I would just like to give you some feedback on Adrian and the team at your branch in Halesowen. My vehicle went in for MOT on Saturday 10th December and failed, as I expected. Adrian got me booked back in for Monday 12th and although it needed quite a few things doing, they managed to get it all done in a day. I cannot give all of the guys enough credit, they are friendly, polite and professional and worked right up until the wire at nearly 7pm to finish my car. It was freezing outside and in the workshop area but I watched as they carried on working, helping customers turning up just before closing and spent ages cleaning and mopping the workshop bays after what was clearly a long day for them. Did I want to spend 700 quid on my battered old car just before Christmas :- ....of course not but I cannot tell you the difference driving it home. Steering was much smoother, the wheel alignment has clearly made a massive difference alongside the other parts needed due to age and wear. They sorted brake fitting/shim issues which has removed a knocking noise and overall I am really thankful for the work, updates and honest approach. This is the second time I have used this branch, having had other work and a service carried out earlier this year. I will certainly use this branch again based on my great experience.
