20 out of 10 !  Without doubt Autobahn is the best BMW / Mini / Mercedes / Audi Only garage in the West Midlands. The team of specialists can sort out any issues with your car. My Mini Paceman had serious unsafe driving issues, James and the team sorted this out for me and made my car safe to drive. I am a 3rd time cancer survivor over the last 9 years and need a reliable drivable car to get me from a to z. These guys made this happen for me and I will never be able to thank them enough. They all work hard and are specialists in there own right and I couldn't believe how  inexpensive they are compared to main dealerships, but not just that, they are honest and more than fair, which in itself is unlike most garages these days. Thank you for your time and expertise I really appreciate it. Will be bringing my car here from now on and won't use anyone else. I would highly recommend Autobahn Halesowen to everyone who owns any of the above cars doesn't matter whether they are new or old, safety & reliability is a priority for everyone.

Took my Mercedes in for an A7 service gearbox oil/brake fluid etc but also had an engine management light come on a few days before it was booked in. They carried out the service at the quoted price, correctly diagnosed the engine management fault and repaired the issue. Cannot complain at the service and communication was great throughout. Had the car for 2 days due to the engine management issue.

Excellent service from all the staff at Autobahn, car drives like new, the young lady receptionist was very helpful and polite, would recommend this garage to anyone. Thanks to everyone for your first class service

Where should I start! Took my car to Autobahn thinking that they were experts like they say, but instead I had a very poor service and did not feel for a second that they were experts apart from the price of course.  I understand that everyone can make a mistake, but when that happens, what is expected is that the person acknowledge it and apologise and have a good communication with the customer. My car was there for over 2 weeks just to be given the wrong diagnosis and to give me the car back with missing parts. When I went back asking what happened the person in charge didn't even apologise for what happened and just waited for me to tell him what to do.  Funny thing is they said that they checked the whole car tested the ECU and was OK, so the problem was with the gearbox and I had to take it to a specialist. Well I did take it to the best specialist in town and the gearbox was absolutely perfect like new. And guess what???? The problem was with the ECU and the garage that I took found the fault in 2 hours and had the car back next day.  Customer service is terrible, communication is terrible, and I guarantee you that they don't focus on your car at all, they must be working on several cars at the same time otherwise there's no way I would have my car there for 17days just waiting, when a different garage found the fault in 2 hours.  Maybe you are a good garage, but unfortunately, my experience with you was terrible and I feel that I should let people know because I felt that for you was just another car and you didn't care at all.  VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS, NOT ONLY THEIR CASH!!!

Only place I trust with my Mercedes Always Clear pricing kept informed and up to date on what’s been done needed and the dealer digital service book updated. It’s hard to find good garage you can put trust in and autobahn has my trust - my daughter took her SLK to them for faulty windscreen washer fault, they where able to fix and advised it was just clean out of the pump needed. So they only do what’s needed and not like some dealers I have been too that have a replace culture
