Tl;dr a very busy garage staffed by friendly people, they’ll do a great job and treat you well but the waits are normally quite long. It’d be five stars if they had more staff and a larger place! I was passed over to these guys as they’re a licensed repair shop for Esure amongst many other insurers. From taking the car in for a first assessment to the work being done was a month due to their large amount of bookings, though since my car had minor cosmetic damage this was not an issue. They picked up my car (2017 VW Golf) from my work (Coventry) and dropped off the courtesy car (2017 Fiesta), the convenience was great and they said it should be ready by the following Tuesday. Due to their heavy work load however, the car was not ready until the following Wednesday (it was the Easter weekend in between which was unfortunate). I made it clear to them beforehand that I could have done with my car for the Easter weekend and they tried very hard to get it done in time but it wasn’t possible, for which they were apologetic and explained that a previous job had overrun due to unforeseen complexity. They also had no delivery slots on the Wednesday so I left work early to pick it up myself but due to heavy traffic I arrived at 17:10, fortunately I called ahead and they stayed open longer so I wouldn’t be making a wasted trip - a huge help. Upon picking my car up on the Wednesday I had a “front assist” warning light and a loose cable behind the front grill. I called them the following day to explain and they not only apologised again but came out on the Friday, took my car back to theirs, fixed it and dropped it back to my work all before lunch. In conclusion, they need to hire more people and move to a bigger facility to meet their demand, which means you might have to wait a while but the service you’ll be getting I think more than makes up for that.

Hi, just need to say a big thank you to all at Gemini repair center Dudley rd , Halesowen. From the minute my Range Rover Sport was collected to the second i collected it these guys (and girls) were brilliant, from telephone updates all the way to the 100% repair to my vehicle. I would have no problem recommending this body shop to anyone needing an accident damage repair. Thank you once again, Richard Hughes.

Exemplary service! Very kind and caring staff who did a swift job, minimalising the trauma of a bad situation. Staff went above and beyond and did so with a smile. Couldn't fault them! Thanks x

Had my repair passed here when they took over from Auto Restore. I didn't think it could get any worse than them. Appears I was wrong. Apparently incapable of simple tasks like phoning back. Avoid at all costs. Repair still not complete after 18 months.

I've read so many negative reviews about this company ,why ?, they picked up the car for repair when they said they would kept me informed from start to finish ,very polite ,very helpful and they did a good job ,and believe me I'm fussy . so forget the negative reviews your in safe hands .thanks again gemini in Worcester you were great
