I must say this place is a scam they charge you more then dealer prices and also do not make you aware of hidden charges they decide to add up and then hold your car if its not paid very bad customer service and well over priced was better of going to dealers as this would of been cheaper and more reliable never again also I would like to add I was quoted atleast  £3000 for the labour on my car and I got the same work done for £400 thank god I took it back saved £2600!!!Service:&nbsp;Auto engine diagnostic

Very friendly, polite and efficient staff, felt very welcome while booking my BMW full electric BEV car in for it's service and during dropping off and collection of my vehicle. Texted me as soon as it was ready for collection. Excellent value for money. This is now my go-to place for any future work or services to be done on my car. Would recommend to family and friends.

Claim to be a Mercedes’ specialist without having the the correct specialist diagnostic equipment. They miss diagnosed my car and I ended up just paying a price for what I already knew was wrong. Taken car to an actual specialist and problem was spotted within half an hour and fixed the same day. Would not recommend or deal with again!Service:&nbsp;Auto engine diagnostic

Phoned for a quote, was told will call me back with price and availability. No phone call received so took my business elsewhere.

Very good and great service but still haven't been able to fix my ems light issue....

Just picked up my BMW after a few days with these guys . HPFP replaced and shes running like new...well happy. As for price, i'd say fair .....these cars are going to cost wherever you go. Definately recommend AutobahnService:&nbsp;Auto engine diagnostic

My BMW 328i Cabriolet Bought from Evans Halshaw with extended warranty needed a repair to the roof mechanism within one month of purchase £24 K car Evans Halshaw Stourbridge outsourced the work to Autobahn Servicing of Halesowen who kept the car for two weeks although the repairs to the car were paid for by Evans Halshaw and completed within 4 days they refused to release our car using it as a bargaining chip for monies owed to them by Evans Halshaw totally unrelated to my car! Had to get West Midlands Police involved in the end. They are no Cheaper than BMW main dealers so you know where to take your BMW AVOID  THIS OUTFIT AT ALL COST

Sadly after years of good customer service, I sadly no longer do recommend AutoBahn.  My mothers car was with them for almost month for a roof issue, I understand we're in unprecedented times, but after the first week they sent the car to Mercedes to be repaired and informed me there would be no extra cost. Two and a bit weeks later & after numerous calls from me to chase the progress the car was finally ready but now the bill was DRAMATICALLY higher. When I queried the price they would speak to the boss and ring me back. Surprise to say it was me who rang them back. I asked where we stood and was told the car is ready. I said what about the bill? The answer was we never said there would be no further cost and that is the price, not even an apology. This is not how I run my own business and especially customers who I have known for a long time. I will now be looking for a new BMW / Mercedes specialist to look after my own and my customers cars.
