Nice and easy drop off process and quickly turned around the MOT test. Super reliable and I also asked if the new wipers could be fitted and they were, Gregg was lovely and polite. Overall a great process.

I was at this branch for the first time, because they did not have a free appointment in my place of residence. But I must say that I was also here. I was very satisfied. The gentlemen at the reception were very pleasant even though I told them that I do not speak English well. they always contacted me via email, so everything was no problem for me. Thank you very much for everything, I recommend Kwik Fit.
Went in for 2 new tyres to be fitted. Booked and paid online ahead of time. Greg sorted me out - new tyres fitted and wheel alignment corrected as required very quickly <1hr. Very happy with service!
Liam was absolutely brilliant. Sourced a tyre, got it delivered, price matched. Car was sorted in 2 hours. Couldn’t recommend more.
Bunch of amateur clowns, who don’t know what they are talking about, caused damage to my alloys whilst changing the tyres AVOID!!! And in future I expect my car to be handed back to me in the state I dropped it off, wheel nut was in pouch, pouch awol wheel nut left in cup holder, Then they went into my boot to look at my spare tyre fore some reason, the carpet on the inside was left open ??? instead of properly closed into position
Excellent service from the team at Titwood Road. My brand new car had a nail in the tyre and I was nervous about driving it to my local area. Technician was polite, professional and had my tyre repaired in no time at all. Highly recommend this branch and will use them going forward
I went down today with a noisy exhaust, repair done and car back out within 20 minutes, cannot thank the staff enough. Amazing service
I have been contacted by the branch manager and to my knowledge, they did what it was within their reach to fix the problem. I think is important to highlight their commitment to find a solution, and even though the problem was not solved, they tried to help. After posting a not positive review see text below, I got the standard response saying that I have to contact a department. After doing that, a couple of weeks ago, I got no response. After replacing all four tires, every time I start my car, a "Warning: check power steering" alert shows up on the main panel. When I raised this concern with your team, one technician said it was my problem and that I needed to go to the service center. However, I insisted that this issue did not exist before the tire change. A second technician then suggested that I have to turn the steering wheel in both directions every time I start the car. This seemed to work, after doing that the alert stops; however, this seems abnormal to me, and I believe that your technicians should have reset the car alert system to prevent having this issue. Currently I don't know how to fix it!
Car was in today for two new tyres the staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and very quick the service from a young man Liam was first class and we were also straight in and out be back to get fitted tyres again next time
