I had the tyre pressure alert on today and the mechanic helped inspect the tyres and taught me how to reset the alert. Sorry I forgot to ask his name. Very friendly and professional staff! Thank you for saving my day!

I tried to take my car to another branch of kwik fit  today but they were too busy. I called the Pollokshaws branch and was assisted by Joe who told me they would help. From the minute I arrived at the branch he and Ryan were absolutely fantastic. They were able to get my car sorted today and they were so friendly and helpful. Well done boys, an excellent example of customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

I want to praise Ryan and Leo who dealt with my last minute tyre replacement. Absolute professionals,  took their time to explain my tyre options best suited to my car and they able to fit them on the same day, despite their busy schedule.  Kwik Fit at Pollokshaws Road deserve all the praise they're getting at the moment. Fantastic staff who are always very happy to go the extra mile for any customer, be that a walk-in customer or a precooked job.  Thanks again.

I had to replace my tyres today. Very very nice, quick and professional service. Highly recommended! And I got my car service done from them as well good job they all do! Thanks Robbie very much!

Took my car in there, exhaust thermal guard had collapsed and is scrapping the road, garage had 2 cars on the stands and 25mins to close, mechanic shift manager I believe decided he’s too busy to even look at it and advise on what he sees and would need a few days before he can look and loosen a few bolts. Absolute Joke of a customer service, Not recommended.

I had an appointment for 3 pm today for a flat tyre issue. Since I had to inflate my tyre on my way to them I arrived 7 minutes late and therefore they decided not to help me .SoI was left with a flat tyre just like that. Wish I could give them less than a star. They can’t be bothered to work or to serve customers especially if they are foreigners!! They wouldn’t have treated a local guy same way

Bought a new tyre punctured sidewall on Friday 10th March, found the same tyre flat on Sunday 12th, and again on Monday 13th. Back to Kwik Fit on Monday 13th for the puncture to be repaired free. Who knows the route cause but great service!

Robbie was fantastic from the minute I called! He was so reassuring and nothing was too much trouble. I am so grateful for his calm and helpful manner - he is a star! Thank you so much again, Robbie!

Great service with very friendly staff of Kwik Fit at Pollokshaws Road. I have got replaced Tyres of my car there. I prefer to visit again.

Ryan was terrific - I arrived just as they were closing and he was very helpful - ordered my tyre so it would be here this morning- just collected it - very professional service - highly recommended!
