Took my Audi A5 to Briggs Motors after reading some of the reviews here on Google. I'm glad I did. All the positive reviews/comments are rightly justified. Peter the owner is fantastic. Despite the million questions I asked him, he took his time and was very professional in his responses. The prices quoted are one of the most honest and reasonable prices I've ever encountered. I will not take my car anywhere else from now now. Briggs Motors is now my garage of choice..As long as Peter doesn't mind all of the questions and last minute changes and addition to the job list . David.
Peter was very helpful with diagnosing the problem of my car. He managed my expectations advising if it was a gearbox/clutch repair then he might not be able to take it on. I dropped the car off in the morning and he called back in the afternoon with his assessment. While he couldn't repair the job he recommended alternative garages that could and he didn't charge for his time. I previously got my MOT through the garage in the past and found them to be very reasonable.
As always you worry if you are getting ripped off no chance with Briggs motors the done a 1st class job fixing my car would highly recommend this garage staff were very courteous and helpful

Never been to a more genuine and honest garage. I've recommend this garage to a number of friends and family now because of the service they provide.
Always have had a decent experience with the garage .unlike some garages when a female arrives alone £100 job ends up £500 plus . In fact booked in for service next week. Always let's u know what needs done rather than just going a head and doing work . Always pleasant, helpful and informative.

The best mechanic I've ever been to, hands down. Friendly and honest service very rare to find in the auto industry. Most efficient MOT I've ever received and at a very reasonable price too with some advice on my car for the future. Highly recommended.
