Got a denim skirt at a time where they seemed the only ones with stock. Returned it the day after, it had a hole by the seams. Incredibly poor quality. Excellent customer service

Love New look. Was able to find a couple of dresses that fitted me. Very difficult for tall people to find any sort of decent length dresses. New Look always has nice clothes.

Quite a large store in a mainly business area. Popped in in my lunch break and hardly any customers downstairs in menswear. Got what I needed!
