It has a good selection of proper running shoes and the staff spend time helping you to find the right ones and they have a treadmill with a camera to asses how you run with a slow motion replay which is cool. They also sell a bunch of other running accessories like clothes water bottles and fitness tracking watches etc. I would have given 5 out of 5 stars if their air con worked better and was cooler.

As Runners Need is the only shop to officially stock Hoka running shoes in London, it would be nice to actually have the different models available in the shop to try on, rather than have to order them online to be delivered to the shop to try them on. Kind of defeats the point of a shop. You may as well buy directly from online only retailer for cheaper and return for free if not the right fit.

The employee that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. They had a wide variety of products. Overall a very positive experience.

Had a very good experience. Some not great comments about staff elsewhere here I see, but I was just served by Angelika, and found her helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Attached the cycle shop. No one actually works there in the morning, so you won't be encouraged to even try shoes on until then. I have long feet (13) and was told they would have none at the time even though their site showed they did. No look in the back, nothing. Not interested in selling shoes obviously.
