We recently moved to a newly built house and have very limited budget for rugs. Came across Kukoon Rugs and saw that they have a wide catalogue of lovely rugs and within budget. We ordered a couple of rugs to be used on different rooms. The ordering process online was very smooth. Delivery was fast and customer service was superb. Highly recommend Kukoon Rugs for those looking for quality and bang for your buck rugs. We definitely be ordering from them again.
Ordered a terracotta rug but not dark enough so returned currently offering free returns for the month of January 2022 Excellent customer service refunded within 7 days. Placed another order for a different style rug came within 2 days of ordering. Beautiful rug I am very happy. Recommend kukoon rugs to family and friends... lots of choices and great prices 5*
Would 100% recommend Kukoon Rugs. I was looking for a low cost good quality replacement for a living area with 4 kids. Staff managed to get the rug I wanted delivered to Boucher the same day. Rug looks amazing, only cost £80. Quite unbelievable it was so cheap and so much choice in store.
Absolutely fantastic service and great quality rugs, I'm so impressed. Ordered on Sunday and one arrived today less than 3 days. I wasn't expecting amazing quality it was only €45 but was genuinely surprised at how beautiful it is. It comes well wrapped but no creases when opened, settled out flat straightaway. Ordered 4 rugs for around house after seeing first rug. Bedroom just been decorated so first rug down. Amazing value and great quality. Arrived within 4 days of ordering all rugs! Would definitely recommend. Also ordered runner and two other rugs for other rooms which look so much more expensive than paid beautiful light blue colours and delicate patterns on others, so happy with my orders. Bought rug for lounge recently from well known home store for £250 , ones I've ordered from this shop better quality and feel softer under foot. Wish had found this web site sooner. Will always recommend and will order from again.
Ordered a rug & it never arrived. I've been talking with Alex a very helpful & responsive customer support agent! who did his best to find it but it has gotten lost in transit. I was offered a replacement or a refund. I opted for a refund as I have a friend who has a nearly new carpet for free. My refund was sent to my PayPal immediately. I will definitely be shopping here again, regardless of my rug getting lost. Thanks again Alex!
Ordered and paid on Friday afternoon. Delivered Monday lunchtime. Fantastic service! Thank you so much! Plus the rug we ordered was on several websites and Kukoon was the cheapest and free p&p! Excellent!
Brilliant range of rugs in all different price ranges and designs. Staff amazingly helpful both with colour design and sizes. Very well run store.
Bad customer service. I ordered a rug and as soon as I done it I realised I’d ordered the wrong size. Tried their customer service number so I could change it- no answer. Followed up with an email -no answer. Followed that up with Facebook-a bot replied. All the while the order was just showing as ‘in progress’. Called their customer service number 18 times-kept getting an automated answer when number rang out. Eventually got an email from them stating the rug had now been despatched and just to refuse it from the courier and they would they issue a refund. Won’t ever use them again
Day 7 since ordered and yet not received. Customer service has been extremely rude and unhelpful. They are sending item via royal mail who planned industrial strike. Why to block my order if they knew it. Item still sitting in Ireland and no updates yet. Not buying again and will return the order if ever received.
