I found this shop to have excellent opening hours, a fantastic range of costumes across all price ranges and extremely helpful staff. However, I have never come across an owner as rude and aggressive in all my life. She was positively common and such a bully that I felt intimidated. She snatched items out of my hand and made me pay for items that still were in plastic packaging with the seal intact although I had opened the box without damaging it. She shouted at me in front of customers and I sincerely hope that this is not how she treats her staff.
I have to say, first impression a great shop and great variety of costumes, staff very friendly but the owner at the till is the most abusive customer service person i have ever encountered. A lady was with her daughter trying on a costume and a shop assistant was helping her with an outfit, the shop assistant handed the lady two items and the lady open the package when the owner at till shouted" Your not allow try them on" too which the lady apologised. The lady bent down to look at the other item when the owner at the till came from behind the till and snatched the 2 items out of the ladys hand and shouted" i told you cant try them on ". All the staff disappeared in pure fear of this person. The lady was so embarrsed that she hurrily took her purchase to the till to pay and the owner again raised her voice. Terrible way to treat a paying customer .... I wont be back
A huge showroom with plenty of costumes. Although everything I wanted was out of stock, blaming Halloween a full month prior. Wasn't a fan of there renting procedures or refund policies. Staff helpful enough despite hands being tied by rules. Certainly would visit again just wouldn't be relying on them.
Thank you so much to the girls in costume corner my little girl took sick while in the shop today and the girls were unreal and went above and beyond and we can back a few hours later and they could not have been any more helpful helping my older daughter out with her Halloween costume thank you so so much for your patience and all your help today
Great store, huge. Have so much to choose from but the staff are it's best quality will go out of their way to get you what you need
Massive selection of costumes, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've been here many, many times for all sorts of different costumes, and I have never been disappointed.
