Generally has everything you need from a great supermarket including clothes, back to school supplies, books, cards, etc. However there are major renovations going on just now so the shelves are empty in some aisles while they reorganise the store. It will be fantastic when works are complete. The staff here are so friendly and always very helpful.
Staff here are always very rude, especially at the self scan. They never remove tags unless I ask them and when I do they make me feel like I’m stealing something, asking for a receipt rudely. I was buying cigarettes at the kiosk once and the girl serving me looked me up and down made me feel like I shouldn’t be there. Worst customer service out of all the shops in Newry by far. My mum has also had the same experiences and people I know also.
Staff wasnt friendly at all,forgot tesco club card,try to log in and cant do it,from the staff feel like im cheating who try to get everything for free,when ask for another customer to pass clubcard,staff was very disappointed,women was trained at lowest level.
Was up from the south and visited this store with my father, had a pleasant experience as we dealt with a very friendly gentleman named Stephen, we both felt he went above and beyond for us. Thank you Stephen

Great place to shop but needs to display electric items to Selll them to customers
Tesco superstores tend to be a staple. This particular store is a refreshing experience. There is so much to browse, and the carpark is underneath the store which is different. The staff are pleasant, and the service is quick.
At the tills this morning the woman serving me was extremely ignorant, she started scanning all my items through and I asked her, "Can I have bags please", she threw a couple of bags to me and never even answered or acknowledged me. She then asked if I had a clubcard and when I showed the picture of the barcode on my phone she refused to accept it, even though that's what I always use in Newcastle and Banbridge tescos. When I said I would leave the shopping there then, she said, "I'll let you off with it this once then". I then said to her she should work on her customer service skills a bit, and she said "should I get someone down here?", I said yes okay then. Another person assuming low level manager came over and it was clear they were friends, she laughed while telling me this was the store policy on clubcards and other stores had nothing to do with them. She was just as abrupt and ignorant as the other woman, so I just took my shopping and left. Even though this is the only time anything like this has ever happened to me in any tescos, I'll never shop in it again, because I have spent £1000's over the years in tescos only to get treated like that, I'll take my custom elsewhere.
Alot of shelves were empty? It was very busy on my last visit which is not normally the case
Very busy today, there was a snake queue just to be directed to a till.
