I always thought I was dealing with a fair and honest company but after reading Mark Grham's story I will not be dealing with you ever again.
Seem to have employed the most miserable man in newry for gate security, not helpful at all, its bad when that's your first point of contact!

We needed a new shower door for our ensuite and got one in the Bathline sale. It was delivered quickly for a small charge and was the perfect door, easily fitted, and for a great price.
I visit Haldane Fisher Newry for my DIY bits and pieces but this place has all you’ll ever need from little DIY jobs to the biggest of projects with experienced, knowledgeable and friendly staff to guide you through the best materials for your needs. Recently had great help and support from the sales team ordering Tobermore pavers for a driveway job so thanks very much to Rob & Paul for everything. Highly recommend Haldane Fisher Newry and hope to be back again soon
Got a bathroom unit from here and when the plumber went to fit it there were parts missing. Called to try and get the parts and spoke to someone who didn't even bother to get back to me. Had to contact the manufacturer myself. Nice show room to be fair but extremely poor after service.
Excellent service provided by Haldane Fisher during the Christmas period. My parents boiler gave up and having contacted Kris Murray who went over and above to help we were able to get a new boiler picked up. Also a big thank you to Damian McGreavey and Colly Johnston for taking time out during their holidays to open up and organise boiler and fittings to be collected. It is very much appreciated. Also a big thank you to Davy MylesLisburn Branch for arranging contact with Kris Murray out of hours. Thanks to all great job.
Really helpful staff at counter and on floor, helped me select correct items for fence project also lovely open Bathroom centre-the assistant gave me some brochures to browse thru, I’m still looking!
Absolute disgrace. Gates shut at 4:50 when closing time advertised as 5. Left my job early to get there before 5 so I could pick something up instead of stopping in the morning. Obviously they care more about leaving work than their customers. Won’t be back
