Really good customer service
What an absolute shambles this place is. They have no understanding of customer service, you'd do well to avoid these cowboys at all costs. Go elsewhere, even Snappy Snaps is better or any online provider.
Absolutely lovely people. Got a dispsable camera film developed. came out wonderful and the people were super friendly. will definitely come again.
I needed some medium format transparencies scanning for work - these guys are great, most helpful, professional and good value too. I would not hesitate using them again and would have confidence in their other services.
What an amazing service ! Highly recommended. I went for a set of passport pics and came out with three on no extra charge. The lovely lady wanted to make sure that the pics were good enough for my passport so she gave me three sets ! Plus she was highly entertaining and funny... Thank you so much.
Fantastic service from the team, I had over 200 old slides and negatives, they were all scanned up to HD quality, put on a DVD and emailed, faster than expected with great comms throughout, many thanks!
