I have used Knox Brothers garage for over ten years now and cant fault them in any way. All staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure everything is carried out as you would expect. I would highly recommend Alan, Craig and the team and wouldn't think of trusting my families cars with anyone else.

Word of advice, mark up any fasteners and bolts so that you can see whether they've been touched or not. Then ask for your "replaced" service items back, and enjoy the excuses. Spoiler: they'll eventually blame it on "the boy", as though some of their staff don't really work for them, or can't be expected to actually do work that's been quoted and billed for.

Had my car serviced, mot'd and the usual brake pads and tyres etc done at knox brothers for over 3 years now. Great service. So much so i also got my Audi remapped here and now have all my company fleet vehicles serviced, mot'd and repaired at Knox brothers. Keep up the good work gents (and ladies).

Had my Ford KA MOT here, no issue with points of failure but huge issue with the two hours labour stated to change pads and FRONT discs. They must have thought I was a bit green behind the ears and would fall for the seized bolt line!! Why is impossible to find a garage who are honest? There greed for money far far outweighs there abilities. Quickly knocked £60 from bill -just confirmation of the initial LIE. I wish i could recommend another garage but unfortunately the garage business is one of the worst regulated areas in the UK. They rip off customers and tax man in a double dip raid...
