I had my car in here last year I have to say I found them very efficient and professional in comparison to another local garage in Bothwell. I had a courtesy car waiting on me they kept me informed of progress on the repairs being carried out to my car. My car looked brand new when I got it back.

Got my car repaired here after an accident. Although the paint repair work was ok, they obviously couldn't be bothered fully masking the surrounding areas and got a good bit of overspray on the windscreen. On top of this they also managed to badly scour the headlight when sanding, chip the existing paint work when re instilling the new bumper and after tearing a rubber seal, just tried to re fit it instead of replacing. Car was also wet when I collected it. The tell tail sign they are trying to cover up shody job.

The insurance sent me, a bit stressed out but got a calming friendly welcome. The staff were very knowledgeable and explained the process in simple terms. The repair was dealt with promptly, turned around quickly and finished to a high standard. I can recommend this company and would have no problem using their services again.

I was directed to MACARTNEY body repairs by my insurer & had an excellent experience after what was a very scary crash in my car. I found the staff very friendly, courteous & knowledgable. My car was repaired promptly in the timescales agreed & back better than new. It even smelled new from the excellent valet it received. Would highly recommend using this garage to anyone unfortunate enough to be involved in a crash or have damage done to car.
